This special career initiative allows candidates to receive hands-on professional training, earn a guaranteed monthly stipend, and secure a full-time position upon successful completion.

  • Final Monthly Salary: Rs. 45,000 per month (after training completion)

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

The eligibility requirements are kept basic and accessible so that fresh candidates and students can easily apply:

  1. Academic Qualification: Candidates with a Matriculation or F.A. (Intermediate) qualification can apply directly.

  2. Result-Awaiting Students: Applicants currently waiting for their Intermediate or Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) results are also fully eligible to attend the interview.

  3. Age Range: Open to both male and female candidates aged 18 to 32 years.
