A new skill training initiative called the Hunarmand Punjab Advanced IT and Technical Training Program has been launched to help young Pakistanis learn valuable digital and technical skills. To encourage learning and support top students, the program is offering 50,000 scholarship cards across the country.

If you get high marks in the final test, your scholarship card can win you big rewards—including a free electric bike, a laptop, a Chromebook, a solar panel, or a full fee refund.

The last date to register for this scheme is August 21, 2026.

Who Can Apply?

Anyone meeting the following basic conditions can submit an application:

  • Age Limit: Pakistani citizens aged between 15 and 50 years.

  • Minimum Education: You must have passed at least your Matriculation exams.

  • Countrywide Quotas: Out of the 50,000 scholarship cards, 25,000 are set aside for students in Punjab. The remaining 25,000 cards are distributed among students from Azad Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan.

How to Get the Rewards: The Marks Breakdown

To earn a Scholarship Card, students must score at least 85% in the final program test. The higher your score, the bigger the reward you can win:

  • 85% Marks: Full fee reimbursement.

  • 86% to 88% Marks: A free Solar Panel.

  • 89% to 91% Marks: A free Chromebook.

  • 92% to 94% Marks: A free Laptop.

  • 95% and Above: A free Electric Bike (E-Bike).
